PROCAB – MULTIPURPOSE INDUSTRIAL PROTECTION
The ProCab concept was jointly developed by PRP and acoustics expert Denis Siponen.
Our protective structures can decrease the noise level in a production facility by up to 18–20 decibels.
The human ear perceives this as four times quieter, which means that ProCab
significantly enhances occupational wellbeing and coping.
The soundproofing elements are designed to reduce machine noise but can also help to keep facilities clean and organised.
We supply modular elements for many different uses, including robot applications, hot work, welding, painting and assembly.

ProCab products are module-based steel-surface soundproofing elements designed to protect machinery and equipment. They can be effortlessly assembled in connection with machine installation or retrofitted. They are also easy to move and can be adapted to the needs and requirements of specific production facilities. ProCab industrial protectors can fend off dust, radiation, fumes and unwanted attention. HOW DO YOU INSULATE A SOUND?
ProCab uses two soundproofing mechanisms:
- Isolating the sound from a specific source inside an area screened with dense walls.
- Reduce the sound created by a specific source before it travels through the sound insulation.
